Coiniverse Delivery terms

  1. General information  

This Delivery terms is part of our Term and Conditions and should be therefore read alongside our main terms: https://www.coiniverse.app/terms-and-conditions  

These Delivery terms will apply to any orders (containing physical coin products) you place in Coiniverse mobile application. We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. 

All products in Coiniverse mobile application are sold by Coiniverse Ltd, business ID FI33709964. We sell products to individuals aged 18 or more in Finland and abroad. We reserve the right to make changes to prices and delivery fees.  

1.1. Coiniverse partner delivery terms

Our products are sold and delivered in collaboration with our partners. If you find delivery terms of a specific partner mentioned here, they will apply to purchases made in collaboration with that partner. The partner responsible for selling the product is specified in the product details. Kindly refer to their specific terms for information regarding delivery timelines, charges, and any other related details.

2. Ordering 

When placing an order, the customer accepts the delivery terms valid at the time. All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. Receiving an order confirmation requires entering the customer's e-mail address when placing the order. If you have not received an order confirmation on the next day you placed your order, please contact Coiniverse customer service without delay at hello@coiniverse.app.  

3. Payments 

Coiniverse uses Stripe as its third-party service provider for payment services (e.g. card acceptance, settlement, and other services) (“Payment Services”). By ordering items on the Service you also agree to be bound by Stripe’s Shop Terms of Use: https://stripe.com/legal/stripe-shop  and Privacy Policy: https://stripe.com/us/privacy and hereby consent and authorize Coiniverse and Stripe to share any information and payments instructions you provide with third-party service provider(s) to the minimum extent required to complete your Transactions. Stripe will on behalf of Coiniverse verify your credit card information (including expiration and billing address) but will not charge your credit card unless you conduct an activity through the Service that requires your credit card to be charged. By agreeing to pay for a Transaction with your credit card or with other payment method, you authorize Stripe to on behalf of Coiniverse charge your credit card or to charge you through other payment method. 

You will receive a receipt for the payment transaction to your email. 

4. Delivery  

We send products every business day. As a rule, products will be sent within two to five working days from receipt of the order.  

We might offer various shipping options. A third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and we will be responsible for shipping your products. 

You find available delivery methods and available destinations on the check out of each product. Some products might only be available for limited destinations.  

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a delivery tracking code, which you can use to track the progress of your package.  

4.1. Acceptance of deliveries  

Check the delivery before signing for it.  

Do not accept a damaged delivery and notify the driver/supplier/clerk.  

If you have accepted a damaged delivery, do not open the package, and notify the carrier and Coiniverse immediately.  

4.2. If a delivery is not claimed  

Packages that cannot be delivered after several attempts or remain uncollected at the pick-up point location, will be considered as a withdrawal of order, see section 5 Returns.  

4.3. International deliveries  

You find available delivery methods and destinations on the check out process of each product. Some products might only be available for limited destinations.  

Deliveries within EU: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. 

Please note, we might be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.  

4.4. Delivery fees  

Our delivery fees include postage and packing. The cost for delivery is clearly indicated during the check-out process.   

5. Returns  

Consumers have the 14-day right of return provided for in the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused, fit for sale products returned in their original package.  

Contact Coiniverse customer service at hello@coiniverse.app to make the return. Customer service will provide you with the instructions on how to return the product. Provide us with your receipt number of the order you wish to return. Once the return has been approved, we will return your money after the return delivery has been received and processed.  

Refunds to customers are provided through our payment service provider, Stripe. Delivery fees will not be refunded.
